Im Back
Well its been a while since ive posted. Ive been in and out of remission twice since i was here last. Ive been through numerous chemos and a Stem Cell Transplant. Which didnt work. 2 months after transplant i relapsed. Im going to fight and make it though. Right now im doing a new trial pill called CAL-101. No side effects or anything. I think the worse part of all this is the stress from the bills. I draw social security disibilty and get medicare but still have to pay my 20 percent which is alot. I have at least 15,000 dollars worth right now. How do i make the bills go away. I worry about that more than making the cancer go away. Well love you all and pray for me. KIM

Another Day
Im just sitting here at home. I have a appt. with the ONC on the 12th to see what we are going to do as far as treatments. My spleen is aching and my night sweats are around the clock. Everyone thinks im crazy for being hot when they are cold. Every now and then i will get a sick feeling come over me then go away. Just part of lymphoma. I think another bout with chemo is better then what im going through right now. Well talk to you all later. KIM

Clinical Trial
Finished 4 treatments of a clinical trial called ame-133v. My tumors in my neck went away and my spleen went back down to normal size. It lasted for 2 weeks and flared back up. My onc wants me to do CHOP chemo for the second time because it kept me in remission for 3 years last time. Ive been reading alot about Stem Cell Transplants and i like the sounds of the cure rate. Well will keep you informed. Im considering a second opinion at Vanderbilt. Now i go to Tn Oncology
